The key to my wife's and her sister's well-being, and indirectly mine, is the sincere care they receive at Harmony Hall, especially from the third-floor personnel starting with Jalpa Patel and the persons surrounding her.

I visit my wife six times a week and not once did I encounter a team member who was anything but cheerful and ready to provide any help I needed.  From what I have seen at other assisted living facilities they do not come close to the care and atmosphere at Harmony Hall.  No resident at Lorien feels they are in an institution.

The most personal part of Harmony Hall is how my wife is so well cared for; wearing her favorite tops, her hair brushed and braided with a bow, and one of her necklaces with a spritz of her Ciara perfume. You do not know how I feel seeing her at her best. Thank you.

We would like to sincerely express our appreciation and gratitude for the exceptional care provided to Mr. Goodrich by everyone at Lorien Harmony Hall. "Goody" passed away, and he received outstanding care from the dedicated day and night staff who looked after him diligently. Special recognition goes to Nurses Jalpa and Akan for their exceptional knowledge of Goody's care plan and their readiness to address any concerns I had. They were instrumental in arranging necessary services to meet Goody's needs. Once again, we want to express our heartfelt thanks for the exceptional service. It truly exemplifies teamwork, where nurses, caregivers, med techs, and others work together to provide great care.

After much research our family decided to place Dad at Harmony Hall . We are beyond thrilled with our choice. From the moment he walked in the door he has received wonderful and attentive care. Dad has adjusted well to his new life and we are grateful that he is in a safe and happy environment.

My good friend Norma lives here. Whenever I visit, I see all smiling friendly faces and helpful people, from the reception staff to the dining room to the health aides. Clean & welcoming, with a variety of activities offered for residents. Good job, Lorien!
