My mother had a very positive experience for the 17 months she lived in assisted living at Encore at Turf Valley. She enjoyed the food and the activities and created many friendships with the staff and other residents. During her last days (she passed away peacefully at age 95) many of her friends and staff members came to visit and give her their loving comments. Thanks to everyone there for making a difference in our family's lives.

It's the people who make the difference. The administrative staff at Encore are knowledgeable, helpful and efficient; nursing and aide staff are caring, compassionate and competent; therapists are skilled, patient and motivating; support staff are always polite, friendly and efficient; activities staff keep residents busy. Encore is clean facility with high standards. I trusted Encore with my mom's care from rehab to assisted living to hospice. I couldn't have chosen a better home for her.

The staff is caring, dedicated, and knowledgeable. They helped me get stronger so I can be more independent. They adapt activities to meet client’s needs. I felt important to them. The food was plentiful and delicious. They also welcomed my daughter’s new puppy to visit, he cheered up the residents. I would recommend them highly, and return if needed.

I love the people and residents. Also, the family members of the residents. The familiarity of everything in the work place.

I feel grateful to be appreciated by the guests and residents. Lou and Jack are good guys and they always lift my spirits.
